Are you able to provide all trades to cover all works required from start to completion?
We use bona fide subcontractors where works can not be covered by our in-house operatives.
Is there a call out charge?
Will I need to switch the heating off before my boiler service?
to enable us to carry out the service we require the unit to be cool.
Do I need to pay the person who carries out the works at my property?
you will be invoiced following the completion of works.
Will I receive a reminder for when my boiler is due its next service?
we always send a hardcopy/ email reminder for when your annual service is due.
Can I pay over the phone?
but you can pay on the internet or with cash/ cheque – our account details can be provided on request.
If I pay via Internet Banking how will R Baron Ltd know I have paid?
Please insert your surname and invoice number in the reference box.
Will R Baron Ltd plumbers carry their Gas Safe Registered cards with them?
Just ask our plumber on arrival he will be more than happy to present the card to you.
